JB HiFi Dual Tenancy Warehouse

For this project, Insight Electrical Technology were engaged by our client in the development of an office, warehouse, and dedicated hardstand facility located within the Roe Highway Logistics Park (RHLP) in Wattle Grove. The intended use of the facility is for a JB Hi-Fi Distribution Centre.
Scope of Works Included:
- Internal lighting to Warehouse & Office Areas
- External Lighting
- Lighting Control
- General Power Outlets to Warehouse & Office Areas
- External Power to Gates and Hydraulic Pumps
- Submain Cabling to 7 Distribution Boards & 3 Mechanical Services Switchboards
- General Electrical Distribution Boards
- Energy Monitoring System
